Aileen is a co-owner and the General Manager of the General Contracting division at Etico Builders. With over 15 years of experience in homebuilding and a strong background in customer service, Aileen is known for her hands-on leadership style and commitment to quality. She sets a clear vision for her team, actively participates in all aspects of the business, and ensures exceptional results through close collaboration with superintendents and trade partners. Outside of work, Aileen values family time with her husband of nearly 33 years, their two daughters, and three grandchildren, enjoying weekly dinners and game nights. An avid traveler, she cherishes making memories with loved ones and friends. Aileen also has a passion for hockey and proudly held season tickets for the Arizona Coyotes for over 25 years.

He began his construction career with BBP in 1992 and has since worked with several nationally recognized homebuilders across Arizona. Over the years, Ron has held various positions in the industry, including laborer, customer service representative, field manager, project manager, and even owner of his own construction company. Ron holds an Arizona KB1 contractor’s license and has previously held an Arizona Real Estate license, further solidifying his expertise and dedication to the field. Outside of work, Ron loves adventure, sports, and fishing, and he cherishes spending quality time with his kids.
